Bylaws are the internal rules and regulations that govern the operations of an organization. They outline the structure of the organization, including the roles and responsibilities of members, the procedures for meetings, and the decision-making processes. Bylaws serve as a framework to ensure that the organization runs smoothly and effectively, providing clarity and guidance to its members. They are essential for maintaining order and accountability within the organization.

This document identifies predictable governance and leadership risks inherent in mission-driven, knowledge-based, and community-centered organizations—and describes explicit structural remedies adopted by Natural Bioenergetics Global (NBG).

These Role Charters define the authority, responsibilities, limits, risks, and remedies associated with each leadership and governance role within Natural Bioenergetics Global (NBG).

This handbook, also known as the Governance and Onboarding Handbook, explains how governance actually works at NBG, beyond what is written in the bylaws.

Councils Bylaws

The Academic Council (AC) Bylaws are the rules and regulations concerning the Academic Council.
